However, it's important to understand that daily weight fluctuations are normal and not necessarily indicative of fat gain. In fact, it's much harder to gain body fat than you think. Today, I'll explain why your weight may fluctuate by one to three pounds daily and emphasize the importance of looking at weekly averages instead of daily numbers.
We'll cover the impact of sodium and carbohydrate intake, the effects of intense workouts, and how sleep quality and stress levels can influence your weight. Additionally, we'll discuss how your menstrual cycle and irregular bowel patterns can cause weight changes. By understanding these factors, you can better manage your expectations and stay motivated on your weight loss journey.
