Fat Loss Fact: Plateaus are inevitable.
In fact, they're actually a sign you're undertaking a SUCCESSFUL fat loss diet.
Despite that, they can be both frustrating and discouraging...
The good news is that pushing past a plateau requires just a few small tweaks.
Notice I said SMALL.
The biggest mistake I see people make is drastically cutting their calories and/or increasing their cardio to ridiculous amounts to push past plateaus.
All it takes is a couple of small changes. Not mammoth size moves making you hungry in minutes and having you spend endless nights in the gym finishing your cardio.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching women towards their health, fitness and fat loss goals for the past 10-years. And as each year goes by, I learn something new either from our experience with coaching or from new research that comes out.
Each year as we learn more and more, we’ve come to better understand how to best serve our clients and to continue to help them get the best results in a healthy and sustainable way.

I don’t believe weight loss is a problem in the United States. I believe the bigger issue is managing the weight that we’ve lost.
With the hundreds of "diets" available, all the "24-Day Challenges" out there and diet pills promising to plummet the pounds, anyone can lose weight.

It's the "keeping it off” part that everyone seems to be having a hard time with.
And it makes total sense, too.
