With all the fitness and fat loss information out there, do you ever get confused about cardio?

As you can imagine, there are a ton of questions surrounding the topic of cardio for fat loss and the best and worst times to do it to achieve the best possible results.

They don’t magically make you gain fat.
They won’t slow down your fat loss progress.
And they certainly won’t prevent you from being able to achieve and maintain your goals.
In fact, after thousands of hours of research and experience helping women all around the world lose fat and learn how to keep it off, I’m convinced that eating more carbs will help you lose more body fat.
