Everyone thinks that as a Registered Dietitian and Fat Loss Expert that dieting and losing weight comes easy to me.
… But that’s far from the truth.
In fact, I struggle with losing weight just like many of you. I have trouble being consistent, hitting my calorie goal and not wanting to eat everything in sight when hunger strikes.
And this is the first time I’ve opened up about my personal experiences with weight loss, especially from the perspective of my own fat loss journey.
In this episode of the Tandem Talk Show, I go over my personal process of how I set up my diet, how I’m progressing and the struggles I’m facing.
I also review the importance of the “diet after the diet” - the Metabolic Reset Phase - and why it’s the most important dieting phase that’s NEVER talked about.
