It's been 10-12-weeks and you've lost 10, 15, 20, 30-lbs!
You've been crushing your calorie goal, training hard, and have been as consistent as ever.
Except for ONE THING.
Your rate of weight loss progress. It's come to a screeching HALT!
In fact, the scale hasn't registered a pound loss in two WHOLE weeks!
You're feeling frustrated, undoubtedly. Frustrated on top of feeling tired, deprived, stressed, hungry, irritable, confused, and impatient.
You're ready to stop. What should you do?
My answer? Exactly that... STOP!
