Fat Loss Fact: Plateaus are inevitable.
In fact, they're actually a sign you're undertaking a SUCCESSFUL fat loss diet.
Despite that, they can be both frustrating and discouraging...
The good news is that pushing past a plateau requires just a few small tweaks.
Notice I said SMALL.
The biggest mistake I see people make is drastically cutting their calories and/or increasing their cardio to ridiculous amounts to push past plateaus.
All it takes is a couple of small changes. Not mammoth size moves making you hungry in minutes and having you spend endless nights in the gym finishing your cardio.
