If you want to lose fat and keep it off for life, you need to start thinking about which habits (and strategies) you need to maintain to get there.
Instead of doing anything and everything you can just to "lose weight"...
Focus on specific habits and routines that once consistently done, will eventually get you there.
Focusing only on the outcome will get you there, but focusing on the habits that will take you there will KEEP you there.
